Piece movements

On an opening move (this is the first move the piece makes of the game) the pawn can move up two squares after which it is limmited to one square a turn
The rook can move on either a rank or a file (a file is 1-8 going towards the opponent a rank is going left to right threw your pieces from a-h you can only capture your opponents piece.)
A knight moves in an "L" shape it goes up or down two(or left, right twothen left, right one or up, down if you already moved horizontaly)
A bishop move diaganoly (on it's starting color only)
The Queen can move like any other piece excluding the knight.
pieces can move until captureing or until blocked pawns capture diagonaly and only the pieces immediately infront of them all others capture on there final resting square.
